There could be some pricing gap problems with unrealistic sellers getting too greedy. I don't see anything to stop the demand side over the next 12 months as long as we do not give off the perception that the market is being overbuilt.
Toward the tail-end of last year, a lot of property owners saw pricing they may not see again for a long time, or have never seen before, and they viewed it as an opportunity to sell at what may be the peak in the market.
