I've just never understood why everybody tries to get the team in shape the first three or four days. I was in camps when I couldn't even walk the second day, let alone try to do something.
Honestly, Erstad plays hard. He's a great kid and he's a great ballplayer, he really is. I don't know. If he slides, he's safe. The only way he's out in that situation is if he tries to collide with him.
