Many families feel this shows a great deal of disrespect. There's nothing above ground. But we're also concerned about the safety.
It's not just to the families. I think it's a national sentiment that we bury our dead, that we do everything we can to bring them home.
Do not think that we hate culture, that we hate art. It's just that the art could be tied to what happened there.
No longer will we tolerate the insult of ashes to ashes and dust to dump.
I'm glad they are looking. I am hopeful that the care will continue and that it will be done well.
I'm not trying to malign the construction workers, but this is not what they're trained to do.
