What a lot of people don't understand is that when you change your thinking, when you accept different concepts, then life mirrors those for you. If you can get the concept that you're worthy and loveable and that you deserve to have a better life, life starts bringing those opportunities to you, because that's your belief system.

Affirmations are like seed planted in soil. Poor soil, poor growth. Rich soil, abundant growth. The more you choose to think thoughts that make you feel good, the quicker the affirmations work.

All of us can improve the quality of our lives if we practice the art of self-care and train our minds to think thoughts that make us feel good.

It's only a thought, and a thought can be changed. I am not limited by any past thinking. I choose my thoughts with care. I constantly have new insights and new ways of looking at my world. I am willing to change and grow.

Remember: you are the only person who thinks in your mind! You are the power and authority in your world.

You have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that. We think so often that we are helpless, but we're not. We always have the power of our minds…Claim and consciously use your power.

I change my life when I change my thinking. I am Light. I am Spirit. I am a wonderful, capable being. And it is time for me to acknowledge that I create my own reality with my thoughts. If I want to change my reality, then it is time for me to change my mind.

The simple part is, every thought we think and every word we speak is creating our future. If you change your thinking, you can change your life.

I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.
