I am anticipating a pretty rough year. I talked to a landowner this morning who is trying to shoot as many deer as he can to get his numbers lower.
He was the one that got me started in it. I would go up to the gym and shoot with him all the time. Then I'd go to every single one of my brother's games and he'd tell me what to do.
We normally shoot the ball well, but we had some nights that we didn't. But each time we bounced back, and that was a big key for us. We've got a little toughness to us.
We didn't block out, and we didn't rebound. Not only did we shoot too many threes, but we took them too quickly. We knew going in that we couldn't play at their pace, but we got caught up in their transition game and that hurt us.
Fear. We couldn't catch the basketball cleanly and you don't have a chance when someone bobbles it and tries to shoot it because then you're going to eat it.
They really shoot the ball well. They're going to press for 32 minutes and try to score 80 points.
