Al and I have a little bit different philosophy about going about the game. I was a head coach for 18 years and never had anybody hire or fire an assistant coach except me. And when you go into the Raiders, you have to keep the staff that's there. ... Therefore I stand by what I said before, there's not a job out there right now that I feel is the right one for me.
