I've learned that it's something that's never going to escape me, ... I've accepted it. That's no disrespect to my father, because I'm very proud to say that I'm Earl Campbell's son and nothing makes me happier. (But) I wanted to get out of my father's shadow and just be Tyler Campbell without people saying right away, 'You're Earl Campbell's son.'
