Mike inherited a somewhat difficult situation with 21 games remaining in the 2003-04 season, but he did an outstanding job of steering us into the playoffs. We very much look forward to having Mike return for a full NHL season as the Blues' head coach and give him the opportunity to execute his overall vision for this team and a plan for success.
