We're going to zero in on some changes (on special teams). That needs to have some attention put to it, but I think it's something that we can fix. We should have done a better job. We have a lot of options. If it means that we've got to play more starting players (on special teams), then we've got to do it.

This radically changes advertising. It makes it much more accountable.

We're making sure that the price changes we're taking are on optional services, not on broad-based services.

That sort of half sigh, which, accompanied by two or three slight nods of the head, is pity's small change in general society.
