We've always been known as a option team. But we've been able to pass the ball the past couple of games and get ourselves out of some trouble. We hit some big third downs and some long passes and it was good for us.
We've also got a chip on our shoulder, because all our hard work in practice still hasn't produced wins. We can't really worry about our opponents, we need to focus on ourselves first.
We've all had stress creep up on us without even noticing it until we lost it on someone who didn't deserve it, and then we realize that we probably should have checked in with ourselves a little earlier.
We've all committed ourselves to having a good team, and we have a lot of individual talent. I think one-on-one, individually, we're better than any team in the country.
We usually redeem ourselves in the second half. We just had to play more steady and we had a lot of turnovers.
We started slow and really dug ourselves a hole with the doubles losses. We knew we had to win.
We stuck together. We didn't get down on ourselves or point fingers.
We struggled in the first half and we put ourselves in a hole. That's something we've been struggling with the whole year. When you put yourself in a hole against a good team, it's going to be hard to fight back.
We're going to compete and try to win while at the same time prepare ourselves for the future.
We're going to be working hard on improving our course management skills and we hope to peak at the end of the year. Right now, we just need to learn how to prepare ourselves mentally.
