Here we are now the first day of autumn and those lakes are a long way below where they should be, and we do need to be thinking about an electricity shortage in winter.
There is some way to go yet before we are out of the woods. We need more rain.
It never really fell in the hills that feed our system. We're not breathing any sighs of relief at this stage.
It'll spin out the water in the lakes and help make it go a little bit further.
We are running so close, all we need is some component to fall over, then we have problems.
Our concern just gets deeper as every day passes without rain. The forecast is still no rain.
