We know Sean High has a target on his back. They were running some kind of funky zone, kind of like a box-and-one, where they would shadow (High) everywhere.
That's when I knew we were in a tough situation when Walter got into foul trouble. That's a lot of our offensive production, and it really hurts when we're not doing hardly anything outside. Our guards couldn't get a shot off.
This was a great win. But when we won, no one was overly excited, although that's the first win of the year for us.
He's like a man-child. It's like a man playing against boys. He's capable of having those nights every night. We have to see which Walter shows up.
We knew that we didn't have Walter. But I didn't think that was something that was detrimental to us because I thought it might be one of those games where maybe somebody might play inspired and pick up some of those points that we were missing.
It's like our guys are living to play home games because that's where we play our best. We can't have that attitude if we want to compete.
