As consumers and as clients become more familiar with these offerings, you're going to see less in the unauthorized secondary marketplace, and you're going to see more transactions taking place in the authorized marketplace.
This helps keep tickets out of the unauthorized, secondary markets where (another company) determines how much the consumer is going to pay. This way, fans decide.
