I would expect you won't see very many new natural gas-fired plants in Florida in the foreseeable future.
I think the state has learned its lesson that you can't put all your eggs in one basket.
It's a good way for the utility to spread the cost out over time and at a time too, when interest rates are relatively low. Doing it makes a lot of sense.
