I can hang out in the athletes village and nobody wonders what we're doing there, they know we're there as athletes. I had a guy from the cycling team that came knocking on my door because he needed some tools, and to me, that's what inclusion, integration is all about.
To me, this is the ultimate proof that if you have a strong commitment to your goals and dreams, if you wake up every day with a passion to do your job or your sport, everything is possible.
Every day, Jeff Adams and I were kicked out of the track because they were saying our tires would damage the track.
