The order of June 13 did not get in the proper people's hands because of the chaos in Michael Jackson's life.
They have no facts or evidence to support the claim of repressed memory.
It's so hard to get a dismissal at this early stage. But we think this whole thing was conjured up by a guy who knows how to use the system.
