The plaza is a culmination of about two years work designing, raising funds, and the building the plaza. Originally we had planned to do this in the fall, but because of the hurricane it was sidetracked.

This will help expedite the process and is a requirement by FEMA.

We will also pursue grants to help pay the cost.

The money will be for a 2-inch sand cushion and a 4-inch concrete slab.
