They didn't see that stock options helped them with that. We tried to address that concern by rearranging the deal, adding more of a structural wage increase in the package in exchange for the stock options.

At no point did we undercut fares. We matched, not undercut, fares.

They are trying to block this (alliance) for their own competitive interests, and have done a fairly good job in distracting people.
