As long as we can dedicate the money to specific items like the roads or pavement management, I think it will allow us to fund other projects in the not too distant future, which actually is right now. Because the more we wait, the more it's going to cost.
If their (the Utility Department's) case is compelling enough to warrant a review, then they'll be a public hearing, ... And they'll have to justify it.

I don't think we should move forward until we know there is a problem, ... I think we should try to get a collaborative effort.
