My desire is to see the project go forward. There have been too many good people that have put a lot of trust and faith in this process. God willing, it will materialize in some fashion.
We've been trying to do this thing one way for a long, long time, and it doesn't work. The definition of insanity is to continue to repeat the same behavior and expect different results.
Everybody hung on for as long as humanly possible to make this project succeed. There comes a point in time where everybody reaches a breaking point.
SMR went over and above in all their actions with us. The whole thing is unfortunate, but it's nice to see it back in the hands of an entity with a great reputation and one that will do what's best for the business and for the community.
