Cadmium, possibly lead, certainly lots of iron in the water, you've got systems that are prone to leak.
Even though it's unlikely that the arsenic is widespread, it is possible that there are unhealthy levels of exposure.
It is past time now for this city to take care of the buildings it has, to protect the children and teachers who are in it.
