It was good to see the guys attack. I'm not sure if many people noticed but we were without Bryan Ryan. I put the challenge out to the guys to see what they could do.
Dustin ran an excellent race. He hit his goal times for the mile and two mile and held on.

I was really happy with the top seven. Things are coming along. They're believing and seeing what they are capable of doing.
