That was part of the propellant that got her associated with our organization. Her son Larry Carleton is our secretary.
She's just the master chef in the kitchen. When she was measuring out the milk for nine children, she made sure each glass had an equal amount. Otherwise, the kids would get on her about it.
Pat came on our board of directors in October of 2002, when we were just a year old. She lent a steadying hand to that board. She was a strong personality and a dedicated person.
