Beating Dillon was a good win for us. It helped get us on the winning track.
Most of those were second chance points. They did a great job on the offensive glass.
Alex May-Fraser also gave us a good performance off the bench.
We were doing a good job of mixing and matching our zone and man-to-man defense in the first half. That's what kept us in the game.
I wasn't excited about (coaching) any more. And that wasn't fair to the girls. They need someone who can put more energy into it and devote more time.
Connolly had a great performance. She played with a lot of fire out there.
In the first half we didn't take care of the basketball and it hurt us a little bit.
We didn't let them have any easy looks. We pressured the ball on the perimeter. Everything they got, they earned because of that pressure.
We got some easy buckets against their press in the third quarter. I told the girls that if we get some easy baskets in the third quarter we are going to win the game.
We hurt ourselves with turnovers. It's hard to win a game when the other team scores more than half of their points off your mistakes.
