Our intention is to eventually take a piece of company public.

We announced that we would delay the IPO until early this year and we're sticking to that. We plan to complete the IPO this year.

We've had two quarters of financial data that need to be updated.

Customers transferring over to us would have to take one of our price plans, and those are different. It's unlikely that any carrier involved will offer the same price points and service plans WorldCom originally offered. WorldCom, after all, was competing with us. Basic structure might be the same, but some elements will be different.

It's essentially analogous to putting a PC in your bathtub. It's not going to work once it dries.
