Some people are funny about sleeping in a stranger's bed or having a stranger sleep in theirs, but I'm not against wearing someone else's shirt if he's my size. Several of the people we've exchanged with have become friends.

I think health clubs today need to sell people the concept that what they experience in taking exercise and becoming healthier will help them go outside and make a better world.

We can't build an 8,000-seat basketball arena in Mitchell to be used once or twice every year. But we as a committee believe that we can build a multipurpose event center that can be turned into an 8,000-seat basketball arena.

The problem is the people we don't know of. Maybe they don't know the service is available. We certainly don't know they're there.

We're trying to coordinate so we don't duplicate services and hopefully no one will fall through the cracks and not receive the aid that's available to them.

While there are no stats, no ribbons, we can still see how they compete in an environment other than practice. Especially for the young kids, this gives them experience in a meet that isn't critical.

Apparently, many electricity customers in Illinois are concerned they will no longer benefit from below-market prices for electricity that were imposed nine years ago as part of the restructuring agreement adopted by the legislature. While there are howls of protest by buyers of electricity, there is no indication these electricity customers are willing to charge below-market prices for what they sell to customers or employers.

This is not a Herculean thing. People don't have to jump through hoops or eat tofu every day. They just make changes in their life to get results.

This is really easy for the coaches, we love this. We can run all of the kids in every event and simply see who has the best times.

The volunteers need to be put on a schedule otherwise everything else, work, home, the kids, gets in the way. I think these volunteers are excited to be here seeing the value of working with a trainer. No-one's quit yet which I think is very encouraging.

They have to have a plan, ... but there's no penalty if the plan fails.

If you're first to the market, you capture that market. You can always follow other companies and take their breadcrumbs. But I'd rather be out there.

The communities that don't have fiber are falling behind. Fiber to the doorstep of homes and businesses is where we are headed.
