I think we're down below 2 percent here, to be honest. For available people, who can work and who have skills, we're facing a tremendous shortage.
I think locally we're seeing more than that.
We tell them that for the right person, they'll have to push the pay up a little bit higher.
It's very possible that the companies (surveyed) were not sure at the time and answered that they were just going to stay pat. But we're definitely seeing that all these companies do expect to hire. We're seeing very robust hiring right now.
