I am thrilled that Ann has agreed to become executive director. I have known Ann for years and know she can bring a lot to the position.
I was on the board when she came - I got her here. She will be very difficult to replace.
With the probable cases, we've received enough information to classify them by symptoms as mumps, but we don't have lab confirmation. The suspect case is being tested, but we don't have lab confirmation or enough information to assess the symptoms.
There's still only two confirmed. There's one that came back negative. I believe there are seven still pending.
