Man-hours, especially in the last two quarters, have jumped dramatically. Our position has always been to have enough work here so we don't have to travel to find work. Well, we are in that situation now.

Obviously we're very excited about this. When the ship's here, there's man-hours involved.

We're disappointed with the fact that port land is being sold. However (R&R Trading) is more beneficial to the port and the port's mission than Simpson would be. Importing steel is a better fit than a mill.

Our concern is whether this is the best move for the taxpayers' dollars. That property is prime. Even though Simpson is paying (more than) $60,000 per acre, they're getting a heck of a deal.

Initially it was challenging, but at this time I think we've carved a niche where customers recognize the job we do. I think it's become a situation where we've become more flexible over the time.
