It gets me prepared and gets me to the point where when I get my pitch and I lay out my swing, I don't have to think about the mechanics. I just focus on hitting the ball.
That was a great experience. The thing that I realized was that the game isn't any different, it's just that everyone's more consistent and the pitchers are around the plate more. That's really the only difference. Nobody was real overpowering.
They taught me a lot about not taking the game so serious and just to have more fun with it.
Obviously I'd like to be higher, but since I still haven't played a full season, they want me to see success and play a full season. That's one of the reasons they had me start out here. If I do well, I'll move up. If not, it's still a good place to play.
