Disney On Ice was a great success. It was the highest-grossing ticket sales event ever at the civic center. And, the Casting Crowns concert sold out.

Corporate meetings and state conventions are really the bread and butter of the civic center.

We're really seeing the results now of what we've been marketing for two years. They're not the kind of events that get a lot of attention, but they're the kind of events that actually make a lot more money for the civic center.

We usually average about $1.5 million in ticket sales over an entire year. But during the past eight ticketed events at the civic center, we've collected $1.1 million in sales, since November. Since November, we've started to turn the corner, and things have really taken off.

It's the amenities that are available that really drive groups to book their meetings here. And the new restaurants coming here will make it even more popular.

From a facility standpoint, it was a big positive in getting hockey back. That gets a permanent tenant back here. And, getting the arena football team gives an additional permanent tenant. With the (Florence Symphony) Orchestra, that gives us three. So, 2006 will be an important transitional year.
