It's kind of got a bucket look to it.
It just kind of felt like my day towards the end of the day,
It just kind of came out of nowhere. I haven't been playing great. I haven't been getting as much out of my rounds as I could.
I had hit a number of good shots and was playing nice golf. I birdied two and that got some momentum, those were my 11th and 12th holes.
I was really grumbling about my game and came out and started fast Saturday and started even faster today and was in the frame of mind to accept it and say, Let's go. Let's get more and keep going.
That won the tournament for me, for sure.
I made some great putts. I just had the rhythm and the feel.
It always helps to start the way I did. After the first four holes I thought I had a chance to shoot a low one. What was nice was that I made about four nice par saves and it makes a big difference when you're not taking bogeys and giving back those birdies.
It was Woodstock meets Augusta out there, unbelievable. For how many people there are and how close they are, they're just fantastic. They're so into it and they really want you to do well, but they'll tug on you a little bit if you hit a bad shot.
I was grumbling. I wanted to go home. I called my wife and said I was coming home. She said, 'There's nothing to do here. Why don't you stay down there and practice?' So I did.
