I feel really comfortable, ... The benefits of preseason really helped me out. Montae (Reagor) was out (hurt). I had to step up and be a leader.
I feel like I'm still growing as a player. The coaches here see me playing the type of football that I like to play. I'm just ready to get started.
He means more to me than I can even speak about. I can't even put into words how he changed my life. He changed my life with the way he represents himself to his kids and to his family. He's a role model for the way I approach my kids and my family.
I think it uplifts everybody's spirits. It's a tough situation, what he's having to deal with. But however long it took him to get the grieving process going, it was up to him. If something like that happened to me, I don't know what I would have done.
Just having a player of his capability, I'm excited to be around him. I'm taking this as a learning experience. I know he's a good football player and ready to go, so I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a lot of Corey on Sunday.
We really try and play hard for coach Dungy. Everyone loves him.
We wanted to go out there and tell everybody that we have this great offense, but the defense can play, too. We went into the game looking for a 'W.' We'll leave the gauging to you guys.
The defense was trying to get after the quarterback like we always do. We had a lot of guys rotate in like we always do. I think we did a good job up front.
Teams schemed us different. The stuff we'd see on film, it seemed like they'd completely change when they played against us.
It was important for us to come out here and get a win. We wanted to get the win, especially at home. We are going to be at home for the next few weeks, so we wanted to make sure we had a good showing at home.
It's like a loud train that never stops, and it's just right in your ear. The thing with the helmet, the sound kind of gets in there and rattles around. It's like an echo. You're so excited, you don't really feel it, but when you get to the sidelines, it hurts.
It made me feel good because we really try and play hard for coach Dungy. Everyone loves him.
That's our M.O., that's what we do. That's Colts football.
Everybody on this team loves (coach Dungy). To see how he's handled himself over the past couple weeks, the type of character he has and the type of person he is, it's something. Few people are like that.
It just shows the heart of this team. No matter what, we're going to keep fighting.
It kind of surprised me because the offensive line gave us a pass read and all of a sudden the quarterback was coming at me so I just tried to get him to the ground before he got to the goal line.
I mean, losing a child. Who knows how long to grieve? I sure can't imagine. A lesser man, I don't know if he'd ever have come back.
If you can make a team one-dimensional, it makes it a whole lot easier for you.
I really enjoyed it ... to come back home, get some Seattle weather, was nice to see.
If I can get just a little bit of what they had last year, man, I'll be happy,
He came in and gave everybody a hug. Just seeing his face, I think it just uplifts everybody's spirits.
