The sport has pretty much taken over my life. I love it because you're not competing with anyone but yourself.
You can definitely get killed, but something would have to go really wrong. It's only as safe as you are. Hand, finger and shoulder injuries are more common than any major trauma caused by a fall.
Problems aren't necessarily the hardest climbs, but they're the hardest sequence of moves. For instance, sometimes you have to jump between moves.
