I think it's a natural evolution for Keene State College. The staff wants the emphasis to be on academics.
It is a huge concern that the college can't and shouldn't be putting policies and procedures in place to slow progress towards a degree.
People have been so welcoming, including the vice presidents.
I think information is good. Getting information to the students is important.
I think I'm a leader grounded in reality.
We have to step back and have milestones as we're building the program.
What really interests me about Keene is how similar it is to Buffalo State.
An interesting thing when you get to this level is you really have to step back from the competitiveness.

I believe in collegial governance. I articulate the goals of the faculty because their goals are my goals.
