I'm a bit of a 'Throny,' as I think the 'Game of Thrones' fans refer to themselves.

I was a huge fan of 'Game Of Thrones.' I hadn't read the books but had watched the series from the beginning.

I didn't go to drama school, so I feel like I did all my growing up on 'Hollyoaks.'

With 'Game of Thrones,' there are no real limitations.

I have been challenged with the fictional languages I have to learn. I wasn't terrible at languages at school - I got an A in French, so I did well enough - but I didn't enjoy them. I'm not even sure if that plays into how well you learn a fictional language!

I would love to do more work in the States, but I like working at home in the U.K., so to work here and there would be the plan.

I'd love to do comedy. I'd probably have to get my laughing fits in check, because generally if I've done comedy, I'm usually the straight character that plays against the very obviously funny character, so that's really hard when the person is really hilarious.

If I have got a feeling or emotion, I just express it as it comes. I am not good at filtering!

I enjoy being healthy and I enjoy feeling healthy, and I know the difference when I don't take of myself. It's not like I am aiming for any particular goal or anything. It's more like it's a result of having balanced, healthy meals and just exercising.

My diet - I eat nutritionally-balanced meals. I work out. I do yoga. I love my yoga. I do boxing training because it's fun.

Once a script is released that doesn't mean it's the final product. It's not set in stone.

In terms of my career and stuff, Game of Thrones has just been such a blessing because people really love the show.

It is so great to go to a casting director and have them wanting to talk about the show that you are in. It's such a great icebreaker. It just makes the environment so much more relaxed.

I've done a nude scene and I felt it was appropriate to the storyline and I thought it was done in a respectful way and I felt comfortable doing it. But there are obviously going to be scenarios - not necessarily in this job, but in other jobs to come - where the question will be posed to me 'Will I want to do nude scenes?' and I would have to consider that as its own thing. And not just something to say yes to because I have done so before. It really is circumstantial.

There was a period of time where people felt like women in the show were being exploited a little.

I think once you've allocated an actor to the role that the character will evolve slightly.

I'm definitely a fan of sort of dramas, independent sort of social dramas where you play really challenging roles. Every actor wants to play those dark roles and it's definitely true for me and I'd love to kind of challenge myself in any way possible.

The nudity is down to the individual actor or actress. If they feel comfortable and it's done in a way that they feel comfortable doing, then who am I to say anything?

You have to treat yourself. Life is too short to deprive yourself of things.
