From this moment forward, Oscar Arias has been declared officially elected as president of Costa Rica.
Whatever happens, we will have to have a manual count of the ballots and that could last up to two weeks.
At this hour we still don't know whether the president has been chosen or if his election will be delayed until April 2.
It looks like the difference in votes is becoming smaller and that's why each vote will be counted manually. The way things are going, anything can happen.
