There are more units coming back later in the week. So that's going to be very much of a help. We have three smaller units, two in the south, one in the north coming back.
Today, fortunately, was not a supply problem. But once again it proves the fragility of the system, and it also proves that we certainly need to make some upgrades to it.
While it's still critical, it's dropped out of the extremely critical stage.
The supply conditions in California have not changed significantly from Tuesday.
Right now, the real key is continued conservation as we go through the evening peak. Tomorrow looks a little better.
