This is a subpoena for information, and we're cooperating with the subpoena. Because this is an ongoing inquiry, we're not in a position to make much more of a comment.
It's important though, number one it is unoccupied, so no employees were in it at the time and no one injured.
There's a system internally that notifies the entire campus when a fire alarm has been pulled. The majority of the corporate center campus has been evacuated and because of this occurring after normal work hours for most people, it's been a very smooth orderly evacuation.
We're confident in the validity of the patent and believe it will be upheld.
