It definitely will have an impact on public finances, but it's not clear how much is really an amalgamation of existing schemes, so to that extent the pressure would be lower. At the same time, given India's high growth profile and revenue buoyancy, it could help them absorb the cost.

We're not in a hurry to do that. We're watching it. It's a very steady business.
