There's' a lot of fault being thrown around here.
I can honestly say there hasn't been a huge change (in the amount of growth). When I got here in '94 there was already development pressures.
I think essentially if you are directing a land use and planning organization it is your job to facilitate the growth.
It's always a challenge to figure out how to work with them.
It seems like when you put growth on top of growth, it feels like more.
