It's been a roller-coaster ride all year, to be honest. At times, it seemed like we rolled and at times it looked like we were backing up. But the last four games were probably the best games we've played all year.
Dustin got the start because of some team issues. When he was in, he was playing well. We try to get every player in during the first half then see who is playing well and go back to them in the second.
We finally relaxed and shot the ball well.
That was probably our best offensive performance of the year.
(A.C. Reynolds) came out and reasserted their dominance in the second half.
It was a good game. When you beat a team like McDowell, one of the best-coached teams around, you feel good about that.
We played very hard. But once again, we couldn't score.
I felt like we weren't at the intensity level we've been at lately.
We played hard but we had some turnovers at critical moments that hurt us.
We looked at the tape of the first two games to see what worked. I give credit to my assistant coaches. They remind me of those things.
