What it does is it prioritizes this project within the DEP. The program was set up to have local communities communicate the sites that they saw as priorities for their region.
Right now we need to return to a normal precipitation pattern for the spring.
Something of this nature is extremely rare. Our experience is that the mammography facilities in Pennsylvania are doing an exemplary job.
What we do when we designate it as a BAT project is that we create a single point of contact for the developers, any local officials and any economic development officials that might be working on that project. They can pick up the phone and talk to one person.
Time will tell over the next two months where we go from here.
