It's all part of the progression. In training camp, you're trying to put the right pieces in there. Some of the things we're coming up a little short on, but it's preseason.

It's not for the faint of heart. It's a sacrifice of your body. You might be 175 pounds like Dexter Reid and have to take on the wedge. You have to be a special guy. It's controlled mayhem.
