At this point it's a declaration of her intent, not an application for a place on the ballot. We're reviewing everything appropriately before we say one way or the other and will wait until tomorrow before we say anything further.
There's nothing political about it. In Texas, there are certain requirements for independent candidates to get a place on the ballot, and our office is applying those to each candidate this election cycle.
