I see no excuse at all for people not voting.
We changed our business practice and use the retail model. The customer is greeted and asked what business they are conducting, and we look at the documents they have. It averages 7 to 8 minutes from the first counter to when they walk away with a license.
I'm disappointed for the city. I feel bad for them because they're paying as if everybody was going to go out there and vote.
