There will have to be policy makers in the room. These are serious discussions.
Apparently after Mr. Peltier met with the neighborhood, they indicated they still felt more comfortable with having a time frame on the permit than having one for an indefinite period. He (Peltier) submitted an application to see if it could be changed.
They want to add a second story. They want to live on the top floor and operate the business on the bottom floor.
Cities are going to have to break down the barriers and open up the lines of communication, and I think we are all kind of at that point.
