We're concerned that our low-income students are giving up before they even consider it. They just assume they can't afford (tuition).

We haven't made the case for donors to give to need-based aid quite yet or quite well enough. We need a pot of money for unrestricted need-based grants. I'm not sure where that comes from.

We're not too pleased about the proposal (to eliminate Perkins Loans).

It's a good, solid loan program. Why you would want to eliminate a proven program that is currently working well and smoothly is beyond me.
