Under normal circumstances, this would present a challenge for Boston Scientific because they're already outside their normal comfort zone. But now you're doing something unusual: You're paying a premium for something that's broken.

I don't think that's going to happen here, because there is not substantial overlap between what Boston Scientific has been doing, in general and in the Twin Cities, and what the Arden Hills Guidant facility is doing. In fact, it's entirely possible there might be jobs added to this company.
