Everyone saw what we did last year, but they have to realize that was the result of four years of hard work. The girls know if they want to get there, they'll have to earn it.
We've been doing this defensively all year, the girls rotate well to cover and give everything they've got.
Erin is our only senior and has been the best captain I've ever had as a coach as she is always in the young girls' ears when they make mistakes and she is a calming influence for them when I'm not being as quiet.
